Ingredients

50ml Bols Genever

35ml Lemon juice

25ml Blossoms Raspberry Syrup

10ml Gomme syrup

3 turns of black pepper

1 egg white

Method

Dry shake all ingredients together, then shake well with ice, strain into a cocktail or coupe glass

Garnish

A circle of lemon coated in black pepper
